The AmeriHealth Mercy Foundation Presents The Healthy Hoops Program!
Children between the ages of 3-15 (accompanied by their parents) can learn how to control their asthma, manage their weight, and prevent cardiovascular disease.
The event will be held on Saturday, June 30, 2012 from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM at Quality Community Health Care located at 2501 West Lehigh Avenue.
