Volunteers Needed

The Delaware County Literacy Council is seeking volunteers to assist with a new group of students.  The new students will be assessed at an orientation on July 9^th and 10^th.  This assessment determines the skill level and placement for the correct class. 

Volunteers are needed to assist with tutoring in reading (Adult Basic Education), ESL (English as a Second Language), or math.  The training is free, but you MUST register in advance.

The deadline to register for the July trainings (with application) is July 11, 2012.  Trainings will be held at two locations on Saturday, July 21 and 28 from 9:00AM to 2:30 PM.  The trainings are located at:
